The Final Score

Welp… We have come to the last blog post I need to successfully complete my semester long project for my Social & Internet Marketing class. I honestly hope that everyone who has taken the time out to read my blog has enjoyed it and learned something in the process. Personally, I learned a plethora of things about myself. For starters, I didn’t know I was this emotional! I hope I didn’t bombard you all with all of my sentimental poetry and what not. It was just a different way to express myself and I was having fun with it.

However, the three most important lessons I learned are these:

  1. Basketball and love go hand in hand — it was almost seamless to relate the two together and think of how it applies to relationships.
  2. Love takes time — whether you are in love or had love lost, the concept takes time and effort. Be persistent in your approach and remain patient in the process. Don’t give up on love if you had a bad experience. In due time, the right person will reveal his/herself.
  3. Listen to your heart — your heart will never betray you. Understand that if you have not met the right one yet, God is just telling you that it’s not time. Let God and your heart lead the way and you can never go wrong.

With that being said, I am signing off. It’s been a cool 3 months writing on here and I honestly will miss it. This is the final score. Go out and love without hesitation. The ball is in your court.
